What about Disney World?

I have had a few questions about the Disney World portion of our trip so I thought I had better get on the ball and post some pictures. We kept Disney World a surprise from the kids until we landed in the Orlando airport. They had a lot of questions like............ Where do we fly next? Will we see Grandma and Grandpa today? etc. We told them that we would look at our tickets and get everything figured out when we landed in Orlando. We pulled them aside in the airport and I said to them "Guys, I know you are exhausted and ready to be home, but we have to spend 8 days here." Their faces DROPPED. I think they had had it and said "Why?" in sad pathetic voices and I said "because we have to spend 8 days at Disney world." Yes I believe we saw the biggest smiles of the trip at that moment. Although they had a good time in Guatemala there is nothing quite like
Disney World!!

The Disney Magical Express to take us from the airport to our hotel (The All star Sports resort) . The nicest bus and hotel we had seen in a month :0)

Toby and the kids favorite was the shuttle ride to Endor. I believe we traveled to Endor 3 or 4 times and visited the store afterwards for no less then 35-40 minutes each time.

The tree of life with over 325 animal carvings is 14-stories high and 15.25-meters wide tree and is the centerpiece of Disney's Animal Kingdom. It was huge.

Ahh, isn't he sweet! We found him in the animal kingdom as well.

While we were there we visited the magic kingdom, animal kingdom, blizzard beach water park, Epcot, Hollywood Studio's, Downtown disney, the ESPN club where Nojah made a live appearance ESPN. Alexyss fought darth vader and completed her jedi training and is now a padawan. We enjoyed a chilly phillies braves game where the Phillies defeated the Braves 7-3. We ate incredibly good food at a lot of fun restaurants. We were glad that we waited to take our kids until they were older. One recommendation I have for everyone is to take your kids after they are 48 inches tall. The kids were able to ride everything and they were not afraid of anything. Their favorite rides were the tower of terror, splash mountain, everest, our trip to endor of course, mission to mars and many others. I wasn't sure if I would like Disney World but we had a blast. It was amazing and an experience everyone should have in their lifetime.
