Last week while my kids were camping and my husband was in Texas I found a new home for our kitty Luna. Luna is about 6 years old but started peeing in our house over the past 6 months due to a stressful event with the neighbor kitty. Since we couldn't break her of it, we had no choice but to humanly euthanize her or find her a new home. Much to my delight a co-worker offered to take her as an outdoor kitty where she could live happily with her two kitties and frolic through the fields daily chasing mice. I told my kids once we got home and established in our routine. A lot of tears have been shed, but they are happy she has a new home and is doing well. We will miss her fat little belly, crooked tail, and drooling snuggle times, but not so much the urine in the work boots, on the laundry piles, and other random places she found throughout the house.
