MoM, NuRsE, CoAcH, GaRdEneR......
I thought before I head out for a run in the drizzle I would let my snack settle and quickly update the blog. I am currently a fire widow with a husband who I haven't heard from in 5 days. Although I do know he is somewhere in South East Arizona, near the mexico border and will call when he has an opportunity. Having him home all winter makes me realize how much I take for him for granted, how much he does for us on a daily basis and how much I REALLY rely on him (even though I think I am independent girl), and how much it tugs at my heart when he's gone and I can't talk to him. Just a few of the things keeping us busy these days besides working full time nights, and school activities are......
Enjoying birthday gifts on his down time such as a new bike and a frog named Jerky. Jerky escaped on day two but we found him 5 days later in a damp corner in the bathroom and set him free outside in our backyard. The coffee pot now makes a great watering pot for that garden I was talking about earlier.
and spending extra time with good friends. Even though thing are SUPER busy, they have still been SUPER ok. The dryer broke pretty much the moment Tob walked out the door but Dan Dan the Appliance Man will be here tomorrow afternoon to save the day and my car is causing me some heartache but hey whats new. Life is good and I am headed out for a run!

You are Superwoman! Seriously, I'm impressed by this post. I hope the time Toby is gone flies by quickly!
I am so proud of you and your family. Looking forward to Saturday.
You are amazing. And that cilantro is beautiful!
I've been thinking about you! And wondering how you've been doin' with all of your activities. Saw you driving in town the other day--call me when things settle down and we can have you over tea ;-)
